Monitors Matter
As promised a monitor test program is now available. Please look at the downloads page for details on how to obtain it.

Monitors
Most of the colours in use on this site are soft pastel colours. If you are experiencing any viewing harshness then your monitor is probably set too brightly. A simple brightness test is to view the black screen area around the monitor image in a dark room. If what should be a dull black area glows at all then you need to turn the brightness down. Unfortunately some monitors require the brightness at a high level to give you much of a picture at all. We will be providing a full monitor test program in the near future. Please take care in a darkened room.
